Another good Stephanie Plum novel. The usual: tension with Morelli, tension with Ranger, Lula gets obsessed with a giraffe running around Trenton (great laughs there), Cluck-in-a-bucket. The way someone tries to kill Stephanie this time is pretty unusual.

I do wish Stephanie would put Morelli on the spot. Or Ranger. After twenty books, one of those men need to claim her.

I do love this series, and love how it makes me laugh...but I wish something different would happen to shake things up a bit. What that needs to be, I'm not sure.
