I have been reading these books out of order for the most part (I read The Saint before a few of them; but that's okay - since it tells the story of how Nora and Soren met).
I am always at a loss to write a review for books that I find superior. Further, you have all the others in this series, including the shorts, that are equally as good, so I simply cannot say that one is better than the other. I just can't. All of the characters are now someone you
know. You feel as if you are a part of The 8th Circle and anything that happens to these characters, happens to you.
You finally get to know more about Soren and Kingsley, as well as that ill-fated marriage. This book is the result of that marriage. You have your "bad guy" who is pure evil, filled with ideas of revenge, who you will hate. I tell you,
hate.
You also get some resolution for Wesley, and I am crossing my fingers that we get a follow up on that as well.
I will end this review as I have most for any Tiffany Reisz book. If you love the others in the series, you will love this one. You will have all the feels. There is a point where your fear is as great as that of the characters. And finally, if you love erotica and have not read any Tiffany Reisz - then get off your ass and do it NOW. Now, I say!
